The St. Moritz Gourmet Festival 2026 took place from 25 to 30 August 2026 in St. Moritz and across the Upper Engadin, marking the acclaimed Swiss culinary festival’s first-ever summer edition. After 31 years as a fixture on the international gastronomic calendar, the festival brought Michelin-starred chefs and leading culinary voices from Europe, Asia and Latin America to the Engadin Alps. Under the theme “Every MOMENT has its own FLAVOR,” more than 30 experiences unfolded across legendary hotels and outdoor locations. Highlights included the Opening Kitchen Party at Badrutt’s Palace, Gourmet Safaris, four-hands dinners, Fire, Nature & Fine Dining, Culinary Moments in Motion aboard the vintage Gourmino train, the Val Chamuera Tavolata and the St. Moritz Garden Party at Suvretta House. The 2026 guest-chef lineup featured Kai Ho, Álvaro Clavijo, Joseph Lidgerwood, Varun Totlani, Julian Stieger, Pascal Steffen, Marcel Ravin, Nicolai and Eva Tram, Emmanuel Pilon and Mikael Svensson. Blending fine dining, Alpine nature, hospitality and cultural exchange, the inaugural summer edition celebrated not only what was served, but how each culinary moment was experienced and remembered.
